Meet Chef Alana

Born & raised in Brooklyn, NY, Chef Alana has been cooking since she was old enough to hold a spoon & pull a chair to the stove.  Growing up in a family full of avid bakers and caterers, it was a natural transition to pursue her passion on a professional level.  Cutting her teeth in the industry at premier restaurants and catering facilities in both NYC & Miami.

As a classically trained Chef, her Caribbean heritage & love of travel exposed her to many different types of cultures which play a significant role in every menu she creates.


Her approach to food starts first and foremost with the freshest, quality, in-season ingredients, combined with a flair for bold flavors and unique takes on classic comfort favorites.​

The creative process starts by marrying inspiration, flavors & techniques from many cuisines to produce truly unique & flavorful dishes.
