Fine Dining during Covid
"During the height of the pandemic, i decided to host an intimate gathering at my home. I had hired a private chef, however 2 days before my event they canceled because they contacted covid. I had come across Chef Alana's instagram page and sent her a DM explaining the situation. I was very impressed with her response time & professionalism. Not only did she elevate the existing menu, she also provided a negative covid test to ease my angst. The day, of I couldn't believe how organized and seamless the experience was. I live in an apartment and the kitchen & dining area is one open space, she prepared and plated everything practically next to the table and we barely realized all that was happening right next to us. "I used The Table Gathered for catering for my fiancé’s birthday. We had about 30 people come over. Alana was very accommodating to our needs and provided many menu options. The day of the event, I just expected food drop-off, but I got so much more! She decorated the table nicely, set all the food up nicely and also had little descriptive labels for each item so the guests would know what everything was. All the food items were delicious!
